Menucha Shabbaton

Shabbos Parshas Va’eira, Menucha hosted its annual Shabbos getaway, welcoming over 170 participants for an uplifting and rejuvenating Shabbos experience. Attendees included Menucha participants, their families, devoted staff members, and a remarkable group of dedicated volunteers.

The event staff worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a seamless and exceptional Shabbos for all. Each Menucha participant was paired with a dedicated volunteer, allowing parents the rare and much-deserved opportunity to relax, recharge, and fully enjoy the Shabbos. The volunteers’ care and devotion played a central role in creating a warm, supportive, and truly memorable experience for every participant.

The davening, Shabbos seudos, and oneg Shabbos were lively, heartfelt, and deeply inspiring, enhanced significantly by our dedicated volunteers. who elevated the רוחניות of the entire Shabbos.

Throughout the weekend, attendees were moved by the thoughtfully prepared and inspiring words of Rabbi Shaul Engelsberg, Dean of Students at Bais Yaakov, whose messages resonated deeply with all present.

Beginning with the Toameha on Erev Shabbos and throughout Shabbos, guests enjoyed a delectable and plentiful menu expertly curated by Shabbos by Yaffa, under the direction of Hindy Leeder. Following Havdalah, the atmosphere turned joyous with spirited dancing accompanied by music from Yehuda Mond.

The Menucha Shabbaton once again proved to be an unforgettable experience of connection, inspiration, and renewal. All who attended are already eagerly anticipating next year’s Menucha Shabbaton.
