Agra D’Pirka’s ner haTorah continues to burn brightly, this winter, warming the neshamos of its hundreds of participants around the country, including those who meet in Khal Ahavas Yisroel Tzemach Tzedek (KAYTT) under the leadership of HaRav Dovid Heber, shlita.
On Thursday, December 25, at 10:30 a.m., HaRav Yaakov Akiva Sofer, Yeshivas Ner Yisroel, will speak about “Christianity and Avoda Zara”.
Director of Agra D’Pirka Baltimore Rabbi Eli Sofer shares, “This Chanukah, as we celebrate the power of a small light to brighten even the darkest spaces, the upcoming legal holiday Agra D’Pirka shiurim offer a unique opportunity to bring that same light into our hearts and minds. Even a brief pause to engage with Torah learning can have a tremendous impact, inspiring reflection, growth, and connection. When shared with the community, these shiurim amplify the light of learning, creating a ripple effect of inspiration and spiritual vitality that extends far beyond the program itself.”
HaRav Heber adds, “Agra D’Pirka offers tremendous learning experiences with its shiurim on an array of topics to members of our community who are retirees and to those with flexible schedules. We have been honored to host these shiurim for many years and look forward to a continued shutfus (partnership) in this most remarkable Harbatzas Hatorah program.”
