Each Tuesday evening more than seventy-five 6th, 7th and 8th grade boys from the community converge on the Bais Hamedrash and Mesivta of Baltimore for it’s popular chavrusa learning program. Now in its 19th year, the program pairs middle school students and Mesivta talmidim to learn together each week. Following the learning session, refreshments are served. “We are thrilled with the level of participation from the community,” says Rabbi Ari Soloff, Director of Development. “This is a wonderful opportunity for our Talmidim to serve as role models and mentors, and it provides the attendees with their first taste of the Mesivta experience.”
